Regulation & Trust.
MKN Crypto Trading DMCC is a legally registered company under the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). While we are not currently engaged in regulated virtual asset activities, we operate transparently within our commercial license and maintain robust internal practices.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are preparing for future regulatory alignment, including plans to pursue licensing for virtual asset services. Our roadmap includes adopting industry-standard AML/KYC compliance, custodial security, and risk management frameworks to meet upcoming requirements.
